Windows mobile wifi issue

I recently purchased 2 HTC xv6700 phones. I am trying to connect to the internet via wifi . I am able to connect both phones to my wireless network. When i launch internet explorer on one phone it works great but when I launch explorer on the other phone every page i try to load says the page cannot be found. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Obviously run through the setup screens on both phones to check that the settings are identical.

If you know how, try turning off wireless security in the router temporarily -- if that fixes it you know the issue is passphrase or security type.

You also need to check the router's Access List feature -- basically it allows you to include or exclude devices like your phones from connecting according to the MAC ID (a unique number on every single networking device).
