Problem with Asus p5q deluxe

With my old graphic card there was no problem, but because the card was broken I send it back and they send me new model, when I connect it to motherboard, Screen don't respond. Graphic card and everything is switched on, but monitor doesn’t switch on, as well as mouse and keyboard, there are two buttons on motherboard, power on and restart, when I switch psu they both light up.
