I'm hoping to get some advice from anyone willing to help me. I've never attempted to build a computer, and I'm not sure I know what I'm doing. It will be used for playing WoW, and roaming the internet, not much else. I already have a monitor, CD/DVD, Speakers, Keyboard, and Mouse. Can anyone let me know if this list of parts will work together, and are they decent choices? Anything else I need/don't need? Other suggestions? Thank you!

Do not buy that PSU, its junk. Go for something like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.176613
or a cheaper option;
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.176612 but you have limited upgrade options with that

Depending on the size of your monitor, that GPU will have trouble in large raids in WoW. You might want to go for something like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102822

Dont get seagate drives. Look at this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136319&Tpk=wd6401aals

If you wont xfire later then i'd go for this mobo instead:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128359
or a cheaper option, but less features:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128380

Better Cooler:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233029&Tpk=s1283v

You have the right idea, but some def. changes need to be made on that build. First off that mobo you have is set up for Crossfire, not to mention it's great for a cpu that is stock 1333 fsb and you want to oc it, but with that E7400 you can clock it up near the 4.0 range on this Gigabyte P43 down below. Also that case you have is a good one, but no need for something that large unless you plan on running dual vid cards or something like a gtx 295 or a 4870 x2. This case down below has decent cooling and suites your needs just fine. Always try to spend your money wisely. :) Ok, that psu you have in your build is junk...sry but it is. The seagates have major issues right now, and we can do cheaper on your cpu/cooler with this combo down below. No need for Vista Ultimate...Vista 64 Home Premium ftw! This way you can get twice the vid card that you have in your build, and still meet your budget. :)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128380 <---that's the mobo I have in this build...you can read the reviews and see pics of it on there...but I found it for cheaper at super biz.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042 <---that's the case I have in this build...better pics and reviews on this link, but again I found it cheaper on super biz.

To see the "Combo Deal" on that cpu/heatsink/thermal compound... scroll down some when you click that link.

Thanks for all the replies/help. The thing I forgot to mention was, I'm trying to keep it as close to $600 as I can. I went over a bit, but no biggie. I don't really play any graphic intense games. Trying to make a decent machine without breaking the bank.

Well then let's bring that price down a bit. :)

These "refurbished cases" are cases that got sent back for simple reasons such as a loose wire, untapped screw hole, etc...they are virtually new cases. This case has decent airflow. It's vented in the front, has a side air duct, and is set up to run 3 x 120mm case fans. It comes with two of them, and I added another in this build.
