What should be my power supply ?

i need to know WHAT SHOULD BE THE APPROPRIATE POWER SUPPLY( watts) for my sytem ..specifications given below---->>>> Intel core 2 duo 2.2 ghz,,,,1 1 Gb dinet ram,,,,500 Gb seagate,,,,,saphire hd 4670( 512 mb),,,,pi 945 gcm mercury motherboard,,,,,and the sound card....plzz reply....earlier i had 160 gb hd and everythin was fine...then i insatlled 500gb western digital and it crashed after a month....then i installed a 500 gb seagate and it also shows occassional problematic symptoms...plz help...can the insufficient power suply be a problem...
