What card is better a Nvidia Leadtek GTX260 Extreme, or a Asus EAH 4850 MATRIX card?, i am having trouble deciding. One supports Direct X 10.1 and the GTX 260 only says Direct X 10, please tell me which one is better.

The nvidia card will have better benchmarks on everything including folding@home. In fact, the GTX260 (core 216) benchmarks higher or even with the HD4870 in all the benchmarks.

If you are part of folding@home then there is no comparison, the GTX260 crushes any and all ATI products.
