I have chosen the parts for my new gaming rig, and would like to know if all the parts work together.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
Cooled by a Xigmatek All in 1 water-cooling system (with two fans, is that a problem?
Asus P5Q iP45 (4 3-pin fan slots, 1 8-pin?)
nVidia GeForce EVGA GTX 260 SSC (192 cores version)
OCZ Gold (2x2Gb DDR2 1066Mhz)
Coolermaster Real Power (700W, Quad 12V rail, 19A each)
Xclio Wintunnel (two big fans on side, will add two 120mm for intake at front, and rear exhaust)

Thank you!

Also, is it worth getting the all-in-one liquid cooler? I will be overclocking.

I'd dump the water-cooling and get a Xigmatek Dark Knight air cooler instead. Use the savings to upgrade to GTX 285 or even HD 4870 X2.

There are better PSUs than CoolerMaster's. Something like Corsair or PC Power & Cooling would be more reliable.
