O.C. Q6600 Asus Striker II Extreme and 8GB OCZ Reaper 1600

Ok, so I'm doing my first OC of my q6600 i've had for years. I've got it planted in an Asus Striker II extreme, with 8Gb (4x2GB) DDR3 PC12800 1600 OCZ Reaper Ram, EVGA GTX 480 graphics card, CPU and motherboard cooled by swiftech h20-220 system.
I've OC'd the CPU to 3.2ghz and FSB to 1600 with no problems (it's been running in prime 95 with max temps at 53 Celsius, idle at 29) I've left all of my memory settings on auto as i'm not sure what to optimize the timings to since i'm using modern ddr3. I'd like to go even a little further on the CPU (3.8 ghz) but i would like some suggestions as to what i should set my ram timings to for best performance for gaming. I understand lowering frequency can be good because you can lower the timings. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions i would really appreciate it.

So basically I just would like to know what my best possible options are for ram timings and frequency to run optimal, because on auto settings, it deffinately isnt optimized
