MSI pro E or ASrock x58 extreme or,,,,

I'm trying to decide between these two boards they seem fairly similar.

Can any people give me further insight into what board to choose i'm not really sure which ones better.

They both seem to have very similar stuff on board, so I would like to know which would handle overclocking better.

I plan to try to overclock the i7 920 to 3ghz at first then ramp it up later to at least 3.5ghz hopefully more ( i suspect 4ghz with a mugen 2 would be too much)

As you can see I have everything except ram motherboard and processor as I still was deciding which to choose

THe msi pro e is £134, the asrock extreme is £132 so the price difference is negligbe, I have looked through reviews but as a novice there doesnt seem much between them
