More about : hard disk will14 October 29, 2010 5:19:34 PM Is the noise a grinding mechanical error or is it the BIOS and pc speaker beeping. Sounds like it is toast and has mechanical failure. If the BIOS isn't recognizing it then the best chance you have is throwing it in the freezer and plugging it into another computer\external enclosure to try to get the data off.
