No boot device available

Hello,
just installed an internal hard drive, trying to boot up pc but can't get pasr the F1 & F2 comands

Your computer is trying to boot from your new hard drive. I don't know what type of computer you have or your BIOS layout, but what you're going to need to do is go into the setup (either f1 or f2, it varies), go to the boot menu, change the order of preferred hard drives so that your old drive is before your new drive, then save and exit.
