Well i been doing some research and found hat i should be able to run stable with my current clocks and it was correct :sol: .......I been running like this for the past 5 days gaming with no problems and i don't hit over 66c on the GPU so I'm quite happy, But i think my CPU might be bottle necking my GPU.

Any input?

Solution
Yes, that depends upon the application, some are gpu heavy some cpu heavy, some both, then you will see that the one at max output is the bottleneck.

Seems the bottleneck is created by your gpu, as it hits 100%, and your cpu 80 %...

Well i been doing stress tests to the video card such as the ATI Tool and 3dmark but when im actually playing a game like call of duty black ops or AVP i don't hit 100% on my GPU or CPU.
