Install sound device on pc

I have no sound on my PC when i play Media.
My PC SEEK the following file. advrcntr2dll (What does this meen)
Also did i get the message that i have no sound device. Please help.

That's weird... Isn't that a Nero file?
I dunno how it's related but you can try uninstalling (more likely wipe it out with a tool, cause it doesn't fully uninstall normally) see if your sound is back, and reinstall nero again.
