Right CPU Cooler For 955 BE

I will be building a PC in a few weeks and I am looking for a cpu cooler for the cpu I am going to get, the Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition. The thing is, it needs to fit in the case I have, the NZXT M59 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146058 . I think I will need to get something that is 150 MM tall or shorter. I would like to spend no more than around $30, I plan to overclock the cpu by adjusting the multiplier. I have been looking at the coolermaster Hyper 520n but I am unsure If it is good enough. What cpu cooler do you guys suggest? Or should I wait until I can spend a little more? Thanks.

I was hoping to stay around $30, unless that is unrealistic. I have looked at the 212 but it is too tall.

Your cases width is 7.5", the Hyper 212+'s height is only 6.3" plus a bracket, so around 6.5". That's a full 1" shorter.

Yes that is true, but this case has room behind the motherboard for cable management. I have the case but not the mobo yet so I took an old mobo and measured up from the top of the Cpu and there is only about 6" of space.

Well I suppose your out of cheap options. Most decent low profile coolers are 40$+

What would you suggest? I have been looking at the Cooler master hyper 520n it is about 141mm tall and about $35. But Im not sure about how well it will preform. Any good solutions under $50?
