Couple of important notes is to keep temperatures under max and the same for the voltage. Make sure pci is set to 100 or 101. Here's a quick reference on voltage and temperature info. http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=31733

If I were you I would set the FSB to 333 and drop the multiplier to 9 for 3.0ghz.That will give you good performance and you'll be running your ram 1:1 (fastest ratio for your particular ram).

Make sure the proper voltage and timings are set as well. Pretty basic overclocking guide that will answer some questions for you.
