How do I cut and paste from gmail to word? All I get is a black wad.

Hi. Select the text you want by holding down the mouse key and dragging the mouse over the text. Then press the Ctrl key + C
Then go to your Word document and click where you want to put the text. Click the Ctrl key + V and it will be copied there.
