Windows 7 boot problem!! help!!!

For some reason when ever i boot my computer even when i try to boot in safemode it goes into the screen and says searching for solution and everytime it says it cannot find anything and just shuts down. I even tried to put the windows 7 disk in to repair it, but that didnt fix it either!!! help please !!! anyone know what the problem is?? i took the video card out and testedt the ram as well.

Go into the bios and under the boot tab select you cd-rom as the first boot option and put your disc in the cd-rom and see if it will start as a fresh install.

I can do a fresh install i just wanted to try and avoid that so i dont loose everything.
