Sorry, this might sound confusing lol.

So I installed the HD 3650 AGP finally! But when I go to a site and click on the taskbar the color goes brownish red? Also on youtube links are all red. When cursor goes over them the blue covers it. Here are pics below.

PS. It also comes up in the XP welcome screen.

PS. It might seem white in the pic but actually its redish brownish color. Thanks!

It's actually best to use a camera and post pics so that we can see what you see.

Did you uninstall the previous video drivers?

Uninstall your current ATI drivers then re-install to determine if that helps. Also try reinstalling DirectX.

Yes I'm using a VGA with this generic adapter from DVI.
