Dell poweredge 1600 1 logical drive failed

Hello,
I am new to troubleshooting this problem. But here it goes...
I have a dell poweredge 1600 that is reporting at boot
1 logical drives found
1 logical drives failed
1 logical drive handled by bios
steps taken already:
1. verified all 4 hard drives spin up at boot time.
2. took out and reseated the qlogic controller card and its ram cell.
3. googled as much as I could to attempt to fix this problem on my own.
please help!!!!!

Go into the RAID card BIOS and rebuild the failed drive.
