Whats the best motherboard for for phenom II X4 955 ? I have a single HD 4890 but in future I may crossfire two HD 4890.so I need at least two PCIe 2.0 x16 slots (better if both slots run @ 16x SPEED).and I want to spend about 100-150 dollars on Motherboard.so whats the best choice?

You want a 790FX board, but they tend to be a bit pricey.

I think that leaves you with just a few... especially if you want to use DDR3.

Actually this DFI board is the only AM3 board that falls into your range:
