Cannot change keyboard language

Hello,
After changing the keyboard language in Word, the keyboard characters do not change to the new language keyboard.

tryed chaning the keyboard setting in windows? it is there you got the EN(or NO/RU/GB depending of wich langage the windows is installed in) left press it an use the settings.
