Twoboxer is right. These are international forums, and there are a lot of people that have English as a second or third (or more) language.
D600 is a laptop so you cannot just replace the built in sound with an inexpensive sound card.
All I can say is have someone help you to try again. If it still does not work, you will need to talk to Dell.
Maybe you can find an inexpensive USB sound adapter.
