I have a couple Dell Dimension E521's running XP for each of my kids. One of them now boots to the "We apologize for the inconvenience but.... and prvide a selection of Safe modes to boot or last known configuration, or a countdown to start Windows normally. I let it countdown to 0 and nothing happens. Moreover, it is ignoring input from my keyboard and mouse although it allows input just fine in the BIOS mode....So the USB keyboard is operational so it appears to be something worng at the OS level. I can't seem to locate a suitable CD to try booting from, so wondering if I could get any other suggestions?
