Westinghouse LCM-22w2 monitor display issues

I have a Westinghouse LCM - 22w2 and with all inputs I get a Bright White screen when no signal is present. The monitor works great other than that. What issue do I have so I can fix. Please Help.

so if i get this straight, the monitor works fine, just instead of going black with no signal, it goes white?

I have the same model with the same issue. I believe it is the backlight not shutting off. Have searched for a solution with no results. My "fix" is a switch spliced into the power cord. All other functions work properly. I use this as a second display, so I may decide to venture inside to see if there is an easy fix. Will post back if/when I do.

Correct and it doesn't matter which input is used. After the signal is lost then the screen goes white.
