Pass Extend Smart test after Zero-fill... will my HDD be ok now?

Thank you for clarify my doubts.

My 2TB HDD initally fail Extended Smart test. (smart attribute show that there might be problem with "Current Pending Sector Count")

After Zero-fill -> Full Format, when i run Extended Smart test, it passed.

Is it safe to use my HDD again or should i just replace it?

You fixed the damage by zero-writing; it should be fine now.

However if this 'micro-corruption' happens again you may want to consider not using it anymore for important data. Also make sure you have a good backup solution; current disks with high capacity, especially those without 4K sectors, are very susceptible to BER or Bit-Error-Rate; which is what caused your Current Pending Sector problem.
