Hello, I have a govideo DVD recorder, and I have my nvidia 9800 GT. I noticed my 9800 GT has a TV-out: HDTV/S video out and it include HDTV cable. I am getting tired of using fraps because when I record games, its very laggy.
So the question is can I use a DVD recorder to input my video card and also my sound card, is it possible so I can record my favorite pc games.
Thanks
Here are my specs:
E6750 3.40GHz
5 GB RAM
NVIDIA 9800 GT
Realtek HD
Well if the card thought it was another monitor or if it outputs anyways...you could do the monitor duplication method and record your games like that.......
Just use any application to record the sounds your games produce...take the video clip from your recorder and sync it with the audio...not to hard...
Thanks for your reply, but its not just a sound problem, the problem I am having is fraps eats alot of fps. I understand half size or lower the resolution will work, but my concern is I want to record in high resolution or HD 720p. So I think I am stuck but I heard PVR should do a trick.
But problem is PVR is expensive and can't afford it.
