No. Click on "specifications". DDR2 and ddr3 are not interchangable. A few boards have 2 slots for each, but they may not run together. Asrock and jetway make those boards. I don't recommend them. I would also download the motherboard manual before ordering and read the memory section. Tested brands are usually listed on the manufacturer's website.
