In-Win PSU?

I was wondering if the PSU in the In-Win C583T can power this system

P4 2.66Ghz S478

Biostar P4M900-M4 Motherboard

1GB DDR2 RAM

Nvidia 8400GS

DVD Burner

80GB HDD

It was given to my from my friend, he hasn't used it yet but decided to give it to me for a P4 rebuild from old parts I had laying aorund. Think its good enough?

The PS is 350W I think you will be fine.

Yeah, since its In-Win (I've never heard of it, lol) I was just wondering. Close to a generic?

Thanks for the info Dirtmountain! I used the PSU calculator and the system needs 173W, so I guess it'll be safe running the 350W PSU I assume.
