Hi my computer specs are:
CPU: AMD x2 550
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA785
I tried unlocking the two dormant cores in the x2 550 by going into the bios, turning 'Advance Clock Calibration' to 'Auto' and turning 'Hybrid' mode on. I also bumped the North Bridge voltage up 1 notch. then i saved and exited bios. It said 'updating firmware, don't turn system off or reset' then it turned off and restarted. The problem is that now nothing is being displayed on my monitor. AT ALL. Just a black screen. The system still turns on because the cpu fan starts spinning.
please help/tell me what i did wrong etc...
