MP3 Music Does Not Play - License Required

I have a AXIM X50 - Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition - version 4.21.1088.

I synchronized some MP3 files using ActiveSync to "My Music" on my PDA -
works fine. Most music plays except for the music that requires a license.

For example when I try to play one with a license it says:

"To play this protect file, you must download a license. Do you want to
connect to the Internet?".

How can I synchronize the license file as well? The song plays fine on my
desktop.
