I have put myself in a corner I can not get out of.
My pastor gave me a tower with several programs on it he wanted onto an external hard drive.
One of them is Mitchell On Demand 5 and the other is ALL DATA Feb '11
He ended up giving me 2 external hard drives each 232 GB.
While moving files, the one drive says its full so I continue moving them to the other drive. Figuring with both drives plugged in, He should be able to use the programs. This didnt work.
Now I am trying to return the programs to the Tower and am having more problems. For some reason, What I have moved from C: is bigger than where I took it from. There isnt enough space on the C: drive to replace the programs.
What I would like to know, How do I get these programs back to the way they were and COPY the programs onto a bigger external hard drive with all this able to opperate on the hard drive?
This Tower has XP professional and 512 MB Ram

Most Windows programs cannot be copied like that, you MUST reinstall them from the original discs or install files.

If he still has a legal license he should be able to contact the companies and ask for replacement install files or discs to move them to a new computer.
