I am going to strictly use the computer to download movies and view them via TV, Sony 55" XBR8 HDTV Bravia. Currently I am using Sony laptop with ATI 3470 and the movies look great. Also previously used Nvidia video card 8400, but the movies were not as good as ATI 3470. Although using ATI 3470, pictures(movies) look great, however I would like to find the best. Can you please recommand THE BEST video card for my use. Also if you happen to know, pre made best HTPC. Thank you in advance.

I don't know why you would need a high end gaming card like the 4850,4870,4890's? A 3450 will even do blu ray fine, but it won't play games. Go for the 4350, full bluray and 1o8op support. And I don't think the 3470 sells in a add on card format, only a onboard. Unless you want to game then the 4350 is a good choice.
