Hello!

Recently, I've been on the lookout for a new headset and soundcard. So far, I really want the Tritton AX Pro ( http://www.trittontechnologies.com [...] IGA611.htm ), and I really like it. The soundcard on the other hand, I'm not so sure about. I've been looking on the Asus DX/XD ( http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Asu [...] ow-Profile ), and it seems like a good choice. Any other suggestions are also welcome.

First off, do you really need a dedciated sound card? Do you edit music or sound professionally? For most purposes the integrated sound card on your motherboard already does a great job.

I can imagine that the on-board soundcard ain't powerful enough to drive such a "heavy" headset.

But, I've already bought both the headset and the soundcard...
