So I went to install updated graphics drivers, and a friend told me I had to delete my old ones first (2 ATI 3870s running crossfire on vista 64bit), so I delete them and my display now doesnt work. I removed my HDMI cable and put back a DVI but still doesnt work, get the message to check connections but the connections are good. How would I go about fixing this?

Does it not work completely or is it just as you get to windows?

What did you use to delete them, did you use the inbuilt one in ati's installer?

Also, have you tried using only one card to start off with?

^+1, do you see the BIOS post screen and the little blue bar as Vista loads or no picture ever?
