I am looking to find a flat 90 degree connector for 6-pin pci-e graphic card power connectors. Can't squeeze my GTX 285 into my HTPC case.

Have you tried searching for PCIe ribbons? They're basically cable ribbon slot extenders, and not rigid 90-degree assemblies, but they should do the job nicely.
