Worm win32/autorun.nn

hello,
i have a worm on my windows xp.my avira scanner and my microsoft security essentials says: worm win32/autorun.nn and also both of them detecting:contains recognition pattern of the w32/vb.bu windows virus.
the source of the virus is:

HOW I CAN REMOVE THIS COMPLETELY FROM MY PC?my avira and my microsoft security essentials detects it and removes it,but it keeps coming back,the same problem with malwarebytes.all sugestions and answers and solutions are more than welcome.THANKS FOR HELPING. :cry:

Download the Microsoft® Windows® Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830).
Turn off system restore.
Run the Microsoft tool.
Re-boot as directed.
Turn on system restore and make a new restore point immediately.


Get the Microsoft® Windows® Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830)
HERE

Turn off System Restore; Start>Help and Support>"Undo changes to your computer with System Restore">System Restore settings>tick "Turn off system restore on all drives">ok.

To turn back on, go back to the same place and un-tick "Turn off system restore on all drives", click ok.


While you are there, create a new restore point.
