Fan control wiring

I'm trying to control some low speed fans with voltage knobs and monitor rpms with a znxt fan controller that I already have. I have some thermal take fans that work, but the knob works backwards and are way too sensitive and the yate loon fans that I want to use don't show rpms on the controller. Is there a combination of items that will do this? I'd like to keep the nzxt thing since I already have it but ill replace it if I need to. My goal is 4 digital rpm readouts and 4 analog knobs.
