Which case can I use with Mini DTX?

I have a mid atx tower. Can I fit mini dtx board in it?

I'm confused... with mini dtx itx micro itx... etx...

The board is definitely not too big for the case, so in that sense, yes

You should look in your case to see if the motherboard tray has properly spaced screw holes to put a mini dtx board in there. Mine has holes all over, each labeled as to which motherboard size they are for, hopefully yours does too.
