Driver not reading diskettes

I have a system with USB and 3.5 floppy unit. It worked well for months, then I stopped using it for 2 months, and now all diskettes I put in, the driver says - "disk is unformatted, do you want to format ? I have tested diskettes in other PC s that read them well. - HOw can I fix it?

Who is the Drive MFG ? Check to see if they have a diagnostic ?
