Hey...! New here.
I am looking for a Graphics card that has HDMI but also has sound. I have read some of Newegggs reviews and some of there HDMI's don't have sound. I want to connect it to my Samsung LCD 720P and use it as a media player. I am not a big gamer so that is what i will be using for the most. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm using a powercolor (ATI) 4870 which has DVI output. But with a DVI -> HDMI cable (also have an adaptor) I am able to connect to HDMI on Samsung Monitor (1080P) and sound works just fine. Think you need the Latest. or next to latest Cat/Control panel Drivers for audio to work. Believe this also applies to other 4xxx series ATI cards

I just bought this card for my HTPC.
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4650

It is quiet and doesn't require alot of power. It is also cheap. It should work for what you need it to do.

What are your current system specs?
