Will this fit the Asus P5WD2 Premium motherboard. The fan on my Zalman CNPS9500 is going bad and my pc runs a little warm, so I was thinking of replacing it or just replaceing the fan. It may be a tight fit in the Lian-li 6070 silent case. Here is my build:

What is the width of your case? Try to compare that to the height of your fan, adding in very conservative estimates. You'll probably get a good idea whether things will fit or not.

The HDT is about 1.125 inches taller than the Z9500.
