Confused On Temperature Reading?

I'm using speedfan to monitor my dell and it says this:
GPU:56C
HD0:33C
Core:22C
Core:56C
Ambient:0C

Which one is my CPU reading, lol? Also is 60C too hot for a 8400GS in Ilde? Thanks

cores are cpus, what chip do you have? something a bit odd if you have dual core and 1 is x2 the other. if yo have single core it's pobaby the 56.C

whats ambiant temp like where you are? I have an 8600 running at 55.C after my PC has been on a few hours under low load. Ambiant temp around 20.C

Thanks, the chipset is a Nvidia 430 or something like that, it came with my prebuilt dell. And yes the CPU is a single core Sepron 3400+ 2.0Ghz . I just downloaded nTune and its saying this on the temps page,
Nforc : 56C GPU: 61C
