GHX driver error?

Hey when updating my 4850 512mb ATI sapphire graphics card it had a yellow ? and said warning errors have occured or something. Please look at view log. Though all said successful should I reinstall the driver? 9.3 Please I didnt use winzip on the file first like i normally do I just opened it by clicking on it.
