After searching around I found these

Wasnt really looking to pay 60 bucks per psu but 40 after rebate isn't too bad.

Will be ordering ten of whatever I find.

Requirements are simple

C2D's, 9600's at most a single 4870, single sata hard drives, and single sata dvd drives.

IF you guys know anything better, or for less let me know.

That OCZ is your best bet for this price range...And it can handle you config well...

There's a big difference between the 9600GT and 4870 as far as PSU is concerned.
If you get the former, a batch of Antec Earthwatts 380W PSUs would be sufficient.
