When Windows comes on ALL usb ports don't work

As the title says. I plug in my speakers and keyboard, but after the bios every usb device turns off. I had an idea to format my pc,but the problem is that when i change the boot priority the "American Megathread" thing comes up and gives me 2 choices which is F1: Setup and F2:Load Default Settings. I can't do anything because of this

USB devices work in BIOS but not once Windows starts?

Did this just start? How long did they work correctly?
