59 C cpu? is this dangerous?

this is while running a 1080p video.. computer is stock gateway htpc
i added a new heatsink yesterday, wondering if it's cooling right, i think it should be cooler, maybe the paste was too dry? it seemed pretty dry.. arctic silver 5
arctic cooling freezer pro 64 with amd phenom 9600 & radeon hd 2400 xt

try coretemp and see if that works.

edit: don't bother, turns out it's impossible to get accurate temps per core for the phenom I's since they only have one temp sensor for the whole CPU, not each core.

i did earlier, same thing : (

when i checked the bios on boot it said cpu Tcontrol when ichecked it an it was around 52 / 53

i spread it evenly just a few drops, and i cleaned with isopropyl and some coffee filters 99%, plus it clamped on, i just dont know if the paste is okay

^CPU usage is at 100%, How long has it been at 100%, who knows.
You can pull up a cpu temp chart in speedfan.

Your graphics card is at 59c and the other readings are your cpu core temps....I surprised they are off by 20c from eachother. Other then that they look fine.
