Overclocking asrock 870 extreme3 with amd 955 black edition

anyone have experience with this?

im using the presets for overclocking the cpu in the bios under the ez oc tweaker settings. ive ran prime95 and everything is stable with temps only reaching 43c under load.

my questions are that i have no idea what my ram should be set at in the bios.... not sure where to even start with the ram.

any advice?

i would just like to know that the ram is running correctly.

If there is no blue screens/ system crash , then the ram is fine- which is the case here..
