    oops made a mistake
  6. Thats about a $300 mistake.
  7. I would come back about 2-3 weeks before your intended purchase date. Whatever we recommend today will probably not be the best bang for the buck in a few months. This industry moves too fast to try to plan a build 6 months in advance.
  8. To give you an idea what's about in your price range look over these recommendations:
    $750 PC
You could "step down" in price on a couple of the parts to be able to fit a 22" LCD ($150), Vista ($100) and Keyboard/mouse/speakers ($50) into your budget.
  9. Another recommended list of parts Affordable All Rounder

On both those sites you can look over recommendations in different price ranges.
  10. Tests have shown that going for bigger memory only increases FPS by only a few frames. not worth the premium. The video card, you could swap out for one of those new ATI cards....4890's.

The ram and mother board are a combo...i think and you get a cfree cd with the video card..... COD W@W...
