Hi, I just got my PC with 32BIT Windows Vista, and I always like to keep my headphones on and ill keep hearing annoying sqeeking noise, maybe i need somekind of drivers?

If you have a GSM cell phone in the vicinity it could be picking up interference. Mine used to do that all the time, more of a buzzing/popping though.
Sure, keep you drivers up to date, double check your connections.

And i meter away there is tv screen on the right lg 26inch full hd and 2 meters away to the right xbox 360 console, controller 4 xbox is on (wireless)
