Canon MultiPASS F50

I have a Canon MultiPASS F50 Printer with Scanner. The print function works but when I try to scan, my computer does not recognize. I use to have a MultiPASS toolbar that had the scanning template where I can view what is scanned but now I don't have the toolbar. What should I do to correct the problem in scanning? Your help will greatly be appreciated.

  1. Errr... maybe you can try reinstalling the software that came with your printer-scanner?
