I've just recently upgraded my system to an EVGA nFORCE 730a mobo and 4g of ocz memory, an AMD phenom II x4 940 3.0 cpu and an EVGA GTS 250 1gb gpu. for some reason games like battlefield 2142 are very laggy.. soo much its pointless to play. My internet connection is good and i have all the latest drivers. I also downloaded EVGA's precision software to better control the fan speed for more intensive games and i can't... the function seems to be disabled. Even Rivatuner has issues detecting the card. can anyone help me figure out how to get my card running correctly with my system?
thanks

Why on Earth would you go with a 730a for your P2.

Power supply make and model?

You have the power cables connected to the card?

You installed motherboard chipset drivers and latest drivers from Nvidia?

BF2142 should run flawless on a 9600GT.
